I just got YES from Kimmo, he seems super enthusiastic and awfully nice and I'll be going to the IFLA conference in Helsinki with them in August 2012. It's one of the most important conferences within the field of librarianship worldwide.

honestly I think this is a very good decision. it's not only about a city you love... it is also about a job you need to feel comfy in and about the people you need to work with.
jyväskylä is not too far from where you originally wanted to go and they seem to be really really nice, so thumbs up!
